BNP ETL for sales is in its migration state where we are migrating all our data workflows using ADF, PySpark in Azure Synapse analytics, SQL Server and PowerBI.
It used to get the data from the authenticated source from where the files that get generated four times in an hour every day in the source on premise in the form of csv, then it is ingested in Azure Data Lake using ADF ingestion technique and then with the help of Azure Synapse analytics, PySpark, the data is transformed and cleaned and loaded in to Azure SQL Database which works as a data source for Power BI application.

Eval Management is an on-line Customer Evaluation, database driven equipment management tool built and maintained by the one of the biggest storage company’s Sales operations. Its goal is providing a functional tool to the field that could be enhanced over time. One place from which information on all worldwide Customer Evaluation equipment can be viewed and reported (replaces all other Evaluation reports) Part-level tracking Daily updates to information Conversion Percentage and Outstanding Equipment Metrics Worldwide visibility to equipment available for sale Ability to add notes and see history of equipment Ability to alert designated Sales Area contacts. All this process are now migrating to Azure, where we use ADF to convert our SSIS logics in ADF.

The Customers’ Sales Data warehousing is the project where all the data related to Sales of the customer’s equipments gets generated in the form of csv in an email attachment regularly, the Perl and shell scripts are used to read the email get the attachments, processes the file and inserts into the SQL Server Databases, later on SSIS jobs got introduced to transform the data and loading the data into SQL tables. These SQL table act as a source to a web application created using ASP.NET web forms using C# and Javascript

Cloud Resident Orchestrator (CRO) is a cloud service to manage data protection workflow between primary, secondary and cloud storage.CRO shall allow users to perform protection of volumes, view job status, view summary via dashboard, restore operations, and data protection cost. CRO is envisaged as the final product that will orchestrate all storage solutions that need Backup and DR. The project consists of various logics to read the s3 cloud metadata byte stream converts to logical data and stores the information into the database. The application is capable of reading billions of file data present in S3 cloud snapshots and processing them using the best set of approaches. It follows an Agile software development approach which includes daily stand up meetings and uses JIRA software for project management.
