Ratings are based on a comprehensive evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the talent fundamentals, including profile evaluation along with an in-depth study of the skill set, tech stack expertise, work experience, education, certification, etc.

Ratings are represented by a simple 5-point scale. 

A rating is an opinion formed by team BMT based on information available at the time and an evaluation made by team BMT based on such information. However, information and evaluation can change significantly over time, thereby affecting the future abilities of a talent and thus requiring the rating to be altered.

We may suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service to learn which account activities and behaviors are off-limits. Depending on the severity of the violation and its impact on the BookMyTalent platform integrity, we may suspend your account by either restricting it with a temporary hold or permanently blocking you from using BookMyTalent. Accounts may be suspended due to a single violation or repeated violations. If we suspend your account, we will send you an email with all the details to the email address you used to register with BookMyTalent. You will also receive a notice when you try to log in.
