Time Tracking is a custom module in Dynamic CRM. We have created this module for track the information for solving any ticket(Case or incident) by customer. We have contract per customer for solving that ticket and on behalf of this we have to pay to that customer. We track all the information like how much time spent on that particular ticket to resolve, how many time that customer go through that ticket. In the end of month we execute workflow which will calculate all the spent time(for resolve the ticket) per customer and check the same from contract. And finally update the remaining time in account if left otherwise create order for that customer. We have also crated report to verify data.
